The Board of Directors of the Orange Chamber of Commerce has voted Patriot Bank Vice President-Branch Manager, Hector J. Morales, to serve a two-year term on its board beginning in September 2019.

Morales has over 20 years of community banking experience and was recently promoted to Vice President-Branch Manager of Patriot’s Orange office located at 7 Old Tavern Road. Patriot’s Orange branch banking team, that he leads, also recently launched a new express banking location in the heart of downtown New Haven at 41 Center Street, just one block from the federal courthouse and Yale University campus.

“The Orange Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the unanimous election of Hector Morales, Branch Manager at Patriot Bank, to our Board of Directors. We look forward to Hector’s sharing his knowledge and leadership skills as we grow and improve the Orange Chamber of Commerce,” says Orange Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, Carol Smullen. “I am exceptionally honored and excited to be a part of the Board of Directors for the Orange Chamber of Commerce,” says Mr. Morales. “Interacting with and providing guidance for the financial needs of businesses, non-profits and families throughout this magnificent community is tremendously rewarding. I and my fellow Patriot banking colleagues take this commitment to enhance and support the community very seriously.”

The Chamber was founded in 1962 and provides dynamic programs and activities for the growth and support of the business community throughout the Orange area. It primarily serves to support its member’s business objectives and assist in establishing essential relationships with the Orange business community, town officials and the regulatory board to encourage participation in Chamber and town events.
